This is an i mac they are a very good choice of computer for all types of music recording/production because of many technical features it has. the use a 3.4Ghz Intel i7 processor and 16Gb of RAM this an ideal amount of power in a computer for any musician that uses computers for studio and home recording/production  as well as that it has a 2 Tb hard drive and 2Gb of AMD radeon HD 6970M GDDR5 graphics card this is also helpful in performance and visuals as a lot of professional studio recording programs need a good graphics card to run well. The mac's also have usb and fire wire ports this are vital in music computers as almost every kind of interface will either need to use usb or fire wire.


 
























Microphones

Sm 58

This is the sure sm 58 it's a dynamic microphone it's hz range is 50-15.000 this means it has a very diverse frequency range this also means it can be used not only for vocals but for various other things such as guitar/bass amps,drums but its main and moast common use is for vocals . because how diverse the mic is it has become a very popular and is used by many artists, dj's, radio stations etc. also the microphone has been designed very well and is rumored to be the worlds strongest microphone as demonstrated in this clip (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=33QPLbQi9FI&feature=player_embedded).

Sm 57
 

The  Sm 57 is very much alike the 58 besides some small differences. As well as being designed for instrument use prefrebly drums,amps and accoustic instruments. it has a frequency range of 40-15,000 hz wich os one of its similarities to the 58. it also uses a Uniform cardioidPicks up most sound in front of the microphone and some from the sides.
